Brad Wasson, DO

Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician & Longevity Specialist
Brad Wasson, DO, board-certified family medicine physician at New Genesis Vitality.

Brad Wasson, DO is a board-certified family medicine physician and longevity specialist at New Genesis Vitality, PLLC, a virtual-only, physician-led telehealth clinic. He has practiced medicine for more than 30 years. He holds active medical licenses in Texas and Florida and sees patients in both states through secure telehealth visits. Any Texas physician’s license can be verified through the Texas Medical Board, whose contact details appear in the site footer below. Dr. Wasson practices alongside a team of US board-certified physicians and practitioners with over 80 years of combined experience. You can meet the full team on our provider team page.

Dr. Wasson is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. All of his patient care is delivered virtually: New Genesis Vitality has no physical clinic locations, and every visit happens by secure video from wherever you are.

How Dr. Wasson practices

New Genesis Vitality is not a wellness spa. It is a precision medical practice, and after three decades of practice, Dr. Wasson’s approach reflects that in three ways.

Labs first

Dr. Wasson follows the clinic’s labs-first methodology: he looks at the engine before adding the fuel. Lab testing comes before treatment decisions, so recommendations are grounded in your actual biology rather than assumptions.

No templates

Your treatment starts with your biology, not a template. Dr. Wasson builds each plan around your lab results, history, and goals instead of handing every patient the same protocol.

No bots, no rubber stamping

A physician reviews your case. Prescriptions, when appropriate, are filled only through 503A and 503B regulated US pharmacies. The clinic never uses research chemicals.

Where Dr. Wasson focuses his care

Dr. Wasson sees telehealth patients for lab testing, cognitive health, and strength and recovery, and three programs in particular carry his medical review:

  • Lab testing: the starting point for every treatment plan at New Genesis Vitality. Dr. Wasson medically reviewed the clinic’s lab testing program guide, which explains how panels are ordered during your consultation and drawn at a Quest location near you.
  • Brain fog and mental sharpness: the clinic’s resource for adults noticing changes in focus, recall, and mental stamina carries Dr. Wasson’s medical review.
  • Strength and recovery over 50: the clinic’s program page for adults who want their training and recovery evaluated on real data also carries his review.

These three pages are a good picture of how Dr. Wasson thinks about longevity: measure first, then address what the numbers actually show.

Current program pricing: Metabolic Correction (GLP-1) $129 initial / $99 follow-up and Advanced Peptide Therapy $199 initial / $149 follow-up. The clinic is cash-pay, with superbills available for HSA and FSA reimbursement.

Where Dr. Wasson sees patients

Dr. Wasson treats patients by telehealth in two states: Texas and Florida. All visits are virtual, so whether you are in Dallas, Houston, Miami, or a small town hours from the nearest specialist, you see the same physician the same way, by secure video from home. Texas patients can learn more about how virtual care works in their state on our telehealth in Texas page, and Florida patients on our telehealth in Florida page.

How visits work

Initial consultations run a full 30 minutes. Follow-ups are usually 15 minutes and can run longer when needed. Many evening and weekend slots are available. Labs are ordered during your consultation, drawn at a Quest location near you, and your provider reviews the results as soon as the lab returns them. If you already have recent lab work, bring it: the clinic uses it so you do not pay to re-test.

Book a consultation with Dr. Wasson

New patient consultations with Dr. Wasson are available in Texas and Florida. Every consultation is with a physician, not a bot, and every plan starts with your labs.

Frequently asked questions

Is Dr. Wasson accepting new telehealth patients?

Yes. Dr. Wasson sees new telehealth patients in Texas and Florida, with all visits by secure video from home. Appointments are scheduled through the New Genesis Vitality booking page. If you live outside Texas or Florida, Dr. Wasson is not able to treat you at this time, but other New Genesis Vitality providers are licensed in Arkansas.

What does Dr. Wasson focus on at New Genesis Vitality?

Dr. Wasson is a board-certified family medicine physician and longevity specialist whose work at the clinic centers on lab testing, brain fog and mental sharpness, and strength and recovery for adults over 50. He medically reviewed the clinic’s patient resources in all three areas. Like every New Genesis Vitality plan, his recommendations start with your lab results, not a template.

What is a longevity specialist?

A longevity specialist is a clinician whose focus is healthy aging: understanding, through lab work and history, how your body is changing over time and building a medical plan around what the data shows. At New Genesis Vitality that means labs first, an individualized plan, and your provider’s review at every step, rather than a one-size-fits-all program.

How long are visits with Dr. Wasson?

Initial telehealth consultations run a full 30 minutes, and follow-up visits are usually 15 minutes, with room to run longer when your case needs it. Many evening and weekend slots are available. Lab results are reviewed as soon as the lab returns them, and if you bring recent labs of your own, the clinic uses them so you do not pay to re-test.

Where is Dr. Wasson based?

Dr. Wasson is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, but his location does not affect your care: New Genesis Vitality is a virtual-only practice with no physical clinic locations. Every visit happens by secure video, so patients anywhere in Texas or Florida see him the same way, from home, without travel or waiting rooms.
