The Panels

Every panel is built on our Basic 6: CBC, CMP, fasting lipid panel, TSH with reflex Free T4, A1C, and fasting insulin. The core markers of metabolic health, thyroid function, and cardiovascular risk. From there, panels deepen by goal.

Panels are ordered during your consultation, and the panel price is your only lab cost. Your Quest draw is included, and you receive your results from Quest directly. (See pricing for visit fees.)

Foundation Reset — $99 (6 tests). The baseline everyone starts with. If you have never had a real metabolic workup, start here.

Metabolic Engine — $139 (8 tests). Basic 6 plus glucose and CRP, for a sharper look at metabolic function and inflammation. The natural companion to a medical weight loss consult.

Recovery Peptides — $199 (10 tests). Basic 6 plus CRP, ESR, Vitamin D, and Vitamin B12. For patients focused on recovery, persistent fatigue, or nagging inflammation.

Recovery & Mitochondrial — Gold $199 (10 tests). The same ten measurements, applied to a different question: cellular energy and mitochondrial function. Your provider picks the lens that fits your goal.

Performance & Lean Muscle — $249, Gold $449 (13-14 tests). Basic 6 plus a full hormone picture: total and free testosterone, estradiol, LH, FSH, DHEA-S, morning cortisol, and prolactin. Gold adds IGF-1, an advanced assay that carries a higher lab cost, which is why the Gold tier is priced above the standard panel. For any adult whose training stopped paying off.

Strength Protocol Gold — $399 (7 tests). Basic 6 plus IGF-1, focused and minimal. IGF-1 is an advanced assay with a higher lab cost, which is why this seven-test Gold panel is priced above larger standard panels.

Immunity Protocol Gold — $199 (9 tests). Basic 6 plus CRP, ESR, and ANA, when the question is immune function.

Sexual Health — $199 (10 tests). Basic 6 plus total and free testosterone, estradiol, LH, and FSH. The measurement-first approach to a topic better measured than guessed at.

Neurocognitive — $269, Gold $1,600 (12-14 tests). Basic 6 plus B12/folate, Vitamin D, RPR/VDRL, ESR, CRP, and homocysteine: the common, measurable contributors to brain fog and mental sharpness. The Gold tier adds two advanced biomarkers, P-Tau 217 and ApoE genotype, measurements your provider can discuss with you in the context of long-term cognitive health. Gold is our most advanced panel and most patients do not need it; your provider will tell you honestly whether it makes sense for you.

Is provider review really included in the panel price?

Yes. Every panel at New Genesis Vitality includes review by your licensed provider as part of your care: physicians review their patients’ panels, and our nurse practitioners review theirs. You will not be handed raw results and left to search the internet; your provider walks through what the numbers mean and what, if anything, to do about them. No bots. No rubber stamping.

Where do I get my blood drawn?

At a Quest location. We partner with Quest because their draw sites cover the country, so whether you are in Fort Worth, Jacksonville, or Little Rock, there is a location near you. Quest handles the draw, and results go to your provider.

Can I just buy a lab panel without becoming a patient?

No, and that is deliberate. Panels are ordered through a consultation so that a licensed provider chooses the right tests and reviews the results with you. Testing without interpretation is data, not care. If you only want raw numbers, a direct-to-consumer lab will sell them to you; if you want to know what they mean, book a consultation.

What lab tests should I get first?

Start with the Foundation Reset: CBC, CMP, fasting lipids, TSH with reflex Free T4, A1C, and fasting insulin. Those six tests establish your metabolic baseline, and every deeper panel builds on them. Your provider will recommend more only if your goals or symptoms call for it.

What if my labs come back normal?

Then that is your answer, and your provider will tell you so plainly. Sometimes the finding is that nothing is wrong, and a clear baseline is a useful result in its own right: it rules things out, and it gives every future panel something to measure against. You are paying for an honest read of your numbers, not for a problem to be found.

What if I already have recent lab work?

Bring it to your consultation. If your labs are recent enough to be useful, your provider can work from them so you do not pay to re-test. You also receive your own results from Quest directly, so your numbers are always yours to keep.
