Approval of that number is yours to give or withhold. There is no bundle and no membership absorbing an unstated markup.
Follow-up visits are $99 and typically run about 15 minutes. Your physician re-reads your labs and your response and adjusts treatment accordingly. A refill issued between scheduled appointments carries a flat $10 prescription charge, disclosed here rather than discovered later.
Month one, itemized. Using the base $99 panel, the clinic’s share of your first month totals $228: the $129 consultation plus $99 labs. Bring recent bloodwork we can use and it is the $129 consultation alone. Medication sits outside that figure deliberately, because it is quoted to you individually and approved by you before it exists. One further disclosure: if you and your physician later add peptide therapy protocols to your care, that care is billed at the regular Advanced Peptide consultation fees of $199 initial and $149 follow-up.
