The other is a checkout page with a stethoscope in the logo. They use the same vocabulary, run the same ads, and could not be more different in what arrives at your door or what happens if something goes wrong.

Peptide therapy is a category of prescription medical care, and a legitimate program is recognizable by five marks, every one of them checkable before you spend a dollar:
- Labs before prescriptions. Nothing is recommended until your blood work is on the table. Panels are ordered during your consultation and drawn at a Quest location near you; see our lab testing menu for exactly what is measured.
- A licensed clinician you can name. Your protocol is designed by a provider licensed in your state, in a real video visit where your history is taken seriously, not generated by a quiz.
- Prescription-only, through regulated US pharmacies. Everything we prescribe is filled through 503A and 503B regulated US pharmacies with US-sourced ingredients. We never use research chemicals, and no legitimate practice does: “research use only” products sold online are unregulated, untested for you, and answer to no one.
- Scheduled follow-ups. A prescription without follow-up is a transaction, not treatment. Your provider reviews progress with you and adjusts the protocol as your labs and your experience change.
- Honest expectations. Recovery and repair are gradual: structural repair takes 4-8 weeks. Anyone promising you a date is selling something else.
You will also notice this page names no specific medications. That is deliberate, and it is a mark of the same standard: protocol decisions belong in a consultation between you and your provider, made after your labs, not on a marketing page written for everyone.
What Online Peptide Therapy Costs, With Nothing Hidden
Peptide pricing on the internet is a fog of memberships and asterisks, so here is our entire cost structure in one place.
- Visits. Advanced Peptide Therapy is $199 for the initial protocol-design consultation and $149 for follow-ups. Your initial visit runs about 30 minutes, follow-ups usually 15, with many evening and weekend slots, all by video from home.
- Labs. Panels start at $99, and the Recovery Peptides panel is $199, with the Quest blood draw included in the panel price. If you bring recent lab work, your provider will use what is still current so you do not pay to re-test.
- Medication. Billed separately at pass-through pharmacy pricing and quoted to you before anything is prescribed, so you approve the number first. We do not mark up the pharmacy, and we do not publish a fake “from $X” teaser here, because your protocol and therefore your cost is set after your labs, not before.
- Refills. Prescription refills between scheduled appointments carry a $10 prescription charge. That is the entire fine print.
- One crossover rule. Patients in our Metabolic Correction (GLP-1) program who add peptide protocols pay the regular Advanced Peptide fees above for that care.
We are cash-pay, no insurance required, no membership, no hidden fees, and superbills are available for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Every fee is published on our pricing page before you book, and because care is cash-pay, nothing about it routes through an insurance record.
Who Peptide Therapy Is Not For
Honesty is cheaper than a refund, so read this list before booking.
- If you want a specific product you read about online, on demand. We are a medical practice, not a fulfillment service. Your provider designs the protocol after your labs, and sometimes designs a different one than you came in expecting, or none at all.
- If you do not want lab work. Labs are not an upsell here; they are the basis of every decision. A program that skips them is guessing with your biology.
- If you are shopping for the cheapest vial on the internet. The gray market will always beat a regulated pharmacy on price, for the same reason uninspected anything is cheaper. That market answers to no medical board, and we do not compete with it.
- If you live outside Texas, Florida, or Arkansas. Telehealth care legally follows the patient’s state, and our providers are licensed in these three. We will not see a patient in a state where we are not licensed, however easy the software would make it.
- If your labs say otherwise. Sometimes measurement points to a different program, or to a conversation with another kind of clinician first. Your provider will tell you that plainly. The consultation fee buys you an honest read, not an automatic prescription.
