Florida Lab Testing: Drawn at Quest, Read by Your Provider

Medically reviewed by Brad Wasson, DO, Board-Certified Family Medicine, Longevity Specialist

Florida has no shortage of places that will draw your blood. What is scarce is a clinician on the other side of the results. New Genesis Vitality offers Florida patients cash-pay lab panels from $99, drawn at any Quest location in the state, ordered by a provider licensed in Florida, and interpreted for you by that same clinician inside your ongoing care. We Are Not an Algorithm. Your results end in a conversation about what they mean for you, not in a color-coded dashboard you are left to interpret alone.

Ordered During a Consultation, Not From a Cart

You will not find an “add to cart” button on this page, and that is the design. Panels are ordered during a telehealth consultation with a Florida-licensed provider, who selects the right tests for your goals and history. Florida treats telehealth as regulated medical practice under Section 456.47, Florida Statutes, which means your visit, your lab order, and the review that follows all happen inside an accountable clinical relationship, never a retail transaction.

The sequence for a Florida patient looks like this:

  1. Book a consultation, held by video from anywhere in Florida.
  2. Your provider orders the panel that fits your goal during the visit. The panel price is your only lab cost.
  3. You get drawn at the Quest location you choose, with the draw already included in the panel price.
  4. Your provider reviews the results with you as soon as the lab returns them, and your next step is built on what they show.

Quest Draw Sites Across Florida

We run every draw through our Quest partnership, and Quest’s draw locations cover Florida statewide, from the Panhandle to the Keys. Whether you are in Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, or a smaller town between them, your order works at whichever site you choose. Nothing about the process requires visiting us, because there is no office to visit: New Genesis Vitality is a 100% online practice, and the only in-person step is the blood draw itself, at a location you pick. Quest also sends your results straight to you, so you hold your own record from day one.

The Panel Menu, With Florida Cash-Pay Prices

Every panel is built on the Basic 6: CBC, CMP, lipid panel (fasting), TSH with reflex Free T4, A1C, and fasting insulin. Deeper panels add markers aimed at a specific question. Prices are flat, cash-pay, and include both the Quest draw and your provider’s review.

Panel Tier Price Tests Adds beyond the Basic 6
Basic Panel (Foundation Reset) Standard $99 6 The Basic 6 itself
Metabolic Engine Standard $139 8 Glucose, CRP
Recovery Peptides Standard $199 10 CRP, ESR, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12
Recovery & Mitochondrial Gold $199 10 CRP, ESR, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12
Performance & Lean Muscle Basic $249 13 Total/Free Testosterone, Estradiol, LH, FSH, DHEA-S, Cortisol (AM), Prolactin
Performance & Lean Muscle Gold $449 14 The above plus IGF-1
Strength Protocol Gold $399 7 IGF-1
Immunity Protocol Gold $199 9 CRP, ESR, ANA
Sexual Health Standard $199 10 Total/Free Testosterone, Estradiol, LH, FSH
Neurocognitive Basic $269 12 Vitamin B12/Folate, Vitamin D, RPR/VDRL, ESR, CRP, Homocysteine
Neurocognitive Gold $1,600 14 The above plus P-Tau 217, ApoE Genotype

Three notes keep this menu honest. The Strength Protocol, Recovery & Mitochondrial, and Immunity Protocol lines each have a Basic tier that is test-identical to the $99 Foundation Reset, so every goal has the same affordable starting point; they are consolidated above rather than shown as three duplicate rows. The Gold tiers add advanced assays such as IGF-1, which carry a higher lab cost, and that is the entire reason a seven-test Gold panel can cost more than a thirteen-test standard one. And the Neurocognitive Gold biomarkers, P-Tau 217 and ApoE genotype, are advanced measurements your provider can put in the context of long-term cognitive health; they are data for a clinical conversation, not a diagnosis, and most patients do not need this panel. Every marker on this menu is a laboratory measurement your provider orders and interprets; availability is confirmed at your consultation.

If you were searching for peptide lab testing near you, the Recovery Peptides panel is the one our providers most often pair with peptide-therapy evaluations, and it is ordered the same consult-first way as everything else here.

Four Florida-Licensed Providers Read the Results

Provider review is included in every panel price, and for Florida patients it comes from the clinician who actually treats you. Our Florida roster: Jeff Beaty, DO, Board-Certified Emergency Medicine, Certified in Peptide Medicine; Brad Wasson, DO, Board-Certified Family Medicine, Longevity Specialist, who also serves as the reviewing physician for this page; Jeffrey McWilliams, MD, Board-Certified Emergency Medicine; and Keith Kirbow, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, dual-board-certified nurse practitioner in family practice and psychiatry. Our physicians review their own patients’ panels and Kirbow reviews his, so interpretation never gets handed off to someone who has not met you.

Lab testing is one piece of how we care for Florida patients; the full picture of our Florida practice, from weight management to cognitive care, lives on our Florida telehealth page.

Already Have Recent Blood Work?

Recent labs from another Florida clinic, a hospital system, or an employer screening still count. Your provider starts from whatever remains current and orders only what is genuinely missing, so nothing you have already paid for gets re-run out of habit. Because we are cash-pay, there is no insurer in the loop at any step: no authorization to wait on, no claim generated, and pricing that does not change based on who you are. The multi-state version of our lab program, including the philosophy behind the menu, is on our national lab testing page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Quest locations in Florida can I use for my blood draw?

Any of them. Quest operates draw sites throughout Florida, and your order works at whichever location is convenient, near home, near work, or wherever your week takes you. The draw is included in your panel price, so there is nothing to pay at the site. Results go to your New Genesis Vitality provider for review, and Quest sends them to you directly as well; that copy is yours, permanently.

Do I need a consultation before I can order labs in Florida?

Yes, by design. Panels are ordered during a telehealth consultation with a provider licensed in Florida, because a test chosen and interpreted by a licensed clinician is care, while a test bought from a menu is only data. Florida recognizes telehealth as regulated medical practice under Section 456.47, Florida Statutes, so your visit, your lab order, and your follow-up all happen inside a regulated clinical relationship, 100% online from anywhere in the state.

Who reviews my lab results if I am in Florida?

A licensed provider who treats Florida patients: Jeff Beaty, DO, Brad Wasson, DO, Jeffrey McWilliams, MD, or Keith Kirbow, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC. Our physicians review their own patients’ panels and our nurse practitioner reviews his, so the clinician who knows your history is the one reading your numbers. The review is included in the panel price, and it ends in a conversation about what the results mean for your plan, not in a dashboard color.

How much does lab testing cost in Florida without insurance?

Panels run from $99 for the six-test Foundation Reset to $1,600 for the fourteen-test Neurocognitive Gold, with most panels between $99 and $269, and every price includes both the Quest draw and provider review. We are cash-pay, so no insurance is involved at any step and no lab order waits on an authorization. The panel is ordered during your consultation and the panel price is your only lab cost, so you know the number before the draw.

What happens after my Florida lab results come back?

Two things arrive. Quest sends your raw results to you directly, and your provider reviews the full panel as soon as the lab returns it, then goes through it with you: which markers moved, which matter for your goal, and what, if anything, to do next. An all-normal panel is not a wasted draw either: it rules out a set of explanations in a single pass, and it becomes the reference line every future panel gets compared with. Whatever comes next is built on what your labs actually show, not on a template.
